Bart Wiedman, principal
Hello Windsor CUSD #1, my name is Bart Wiedman and I am excited to be stepping into a new role at Windsor Jr. Sr. High School as the principal. I have taught social studies and resource management here at WHS for 21 years. I have coached numerous sports, including baseball, basketball, and track at the junior high and high school levels. I have also had the pleasure of being a class sponsor.
My educational accomplishments are earning a bachelor’s degree and teacher certificate from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and my master’s degree and administrative certificate from Eastern Illinois University. The life accomplishment that makes me the happiest is having an exceptional family. I have been married for 18 years to Mandy and we have 2 sons Ty (20) and Maddox (15). You can find the Wiedman’s at a track, a baseball field, or a basketball gym most days. We are a family that loves sports, especially the Chicago Cubs.
I am looking forward to building new traditions and continuing old ones at Windsor Jr. Sr. High School. We will continue to empower all students and build strong citizens to benefit this community and others. Go Trojans and Go Hatchets!
