Erik VanHoveln, superintendent
Erik is a 1996 graduate of Jersey Community Unit School District #100. He began his collegiate career at Lewis and Clark University graduating in 1998 with an Associate Degree. He then transferred to Eastern Illinois University and graduated in 2001 with a Bachelors Degree in Social Science Secondary Education. His teaching career began in Neoga where he taught Jr. High Social Studies and coached Jr. High Boys Basketball, High School Baseball and Jr. High Track. While in Neoga he completed his Masters in Science Education and graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 2006. In 2006 he was hired as the Windsor Jr. Sr. High School Principal. He served as Windsor Jr. Sr. High School Principal for 13 years. In 2015, he completed his Specialist Degree from Eastern Illinois University. For the past two and a half years he served as Principal and District Superintendent. Currently he serves as the Superintendent of Windsor Schools.
