Registration for the 2021-2022 school year will be held in the High School’s new gym on July 28 (10-1), July 29 (3-7), July 30 (8-12). No registration packets are needed as parents/guardians will be registering their students on a computer.
If you are new to the district, make sure to bring your child(ren)’s birth certificate(s), and proof of residency. Proof of residency must include either a recent property tax bill with proof of payment, mortgage papers, or a letter from a landlord and proof of last month’s payment. New residents must also bring two of the following: driver’s license, vehicle or voter registration, recent utility bill, current public aid card, homeowners/renters insurance policy, current library card, and/or other official mail at new residence.
Other important things to know about registration:

*Proof of residency is required for all families

*Physicals are required for Kindergarten, 6th grade, and Freshmen (these must be
on school physical forms, not sport physical forms)

*All those participating in athletics must have a sports physical on file prior
to the first practice for that sport

*Dental exams are required for Kindergarten, 2nd, and 6th grade

*Eye exams are required for Kindergarten

*Fees:
—Technology fee $25 (required for all students and must be paid at registration)

—Driver’s Ed. $125 (must be paid before starting the course)

—Parking Pass $10

—Athletes $30/sport

—P.E. shirt $7

—Hearing/Vision $8 (New students & those in grades: K, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8)
